If you aim to ski the last 2 weeks of April, there are plenty of bargains to be had.  The resorts tend to start closing down but there are many still open plus quite a few seasonairre parties in the pubs & clubs to join in with.
The ski instructors will tell you the best powder skiing can be had in April but ask where to go or get a guide and remain safe!
