Dietary requirements or food preferences are always accounted for too as the Chef will first discuss these with you and then designs a menu around your preferences and favourites for your approval. From our personal experience, with some wonderful suggestions for local and seasonal favourites that really add to the Swiss alpine experience and ski vacation.

Weather permitting, you can of course eat alfresco using the fabulous terrace and its extraordinary views.
